Need assessment survey
The working committee of the CGEE has circulated a questionnaire as a need assessment survey among the academic staff of the UoJ. This survey aims to identify the awareness level and the training needs of the academic staff related to SGBV and GEE.

We, the Centre for Gender Equity and Equality would like to conduct a need analysis survey among the academic staff of the University of Jaffna to understand the existing scenario and to gather information on training needs and preferences from the respondent’s perspective.
